What I did
Challenge
The client had a dated website that was no longer in line with current style and security standards, so an update was needed to revamp its digital image. In addition, the new site needed to have a number of tools such as newsletter management, migration of blog articles from old WordPress website to new Joomla website.
Solution
We created a customized website, resposnive therefore optimized for viewing on various devices (smartphones, tablets, PCs) and easily navigable by every user thanks to content optimization and tools for accessibility. We chose the Joomla CMS for its reliability and built-in tools that ensure safe and intuitive navigation. Accessibility, in our context, means removing obstacles that prevent the use of the website, including for those who use assistive technologies. For example, we have introduced options to change the contrast and size of text, as well as the conversion of text to speech using text-to-speech technology.
In addition, the site includes a system for managing newsletter subscriptions and sending them directly from the administration area of the site, also offering the possibility of segmenting subscribers according to defined criteria.
